About Us

Chad Adams is a highly accomplished healthcare and business development executive, consultant, and business owner with twenty-five years experience in the healthcare arena. He has owned a medical distribution company for eighteen years with a focus on strategic launches of innovative and disruptive product and healthcare solutions to multiple specialties. He is responsible for conducting due diligence on and contracting with start-up and spinout manufacturers. Chad is also responsible for building, training, developing, and coaching his team while implementing a effective strategy for launch. His team has won multiple President’s Club awards.

Chad also works with multiple organizations assisting with capital raises, strategy, marketing, and commercial build out.

Chad has extensive knowledge in Value-Based Care Initiatives, Supply Chain Solutions, biologics, medical devices, healthcare data, SaaS technologies, and distribution strategy. He also has significant regulatory knowledge to help customers make informed decisions to improve overall patient care and outcomes.

His work includes experience with publicly traded and start-up organizations giving him the expertise needed to engage with multiple clients in distribution, distribution buildouts, strategy, and implementation.

Chad holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in Biology and Business. He has completed several company sponsored training programs in sales, leadership, and Sales Methodologies.

Chad resides in Hudson, WI with his wife Amy and their two sons. They share a passion for traveling, fitness, sports, and the outdoors.
